To my appreciated readers,

I wish to humbly apologize for the interruption. As most of you have heard by now, a supercell has hit North Alabama in the United States. This generated at least 6 tornados before the weather service lost count. One of which was a mile wide and another a half-mile wide. Both drug along the ground for a good distance across the region. Small towns are hit hard and power will be down for some days yet. At least one town, and all buildings and inhabitants, did not survive. However, people are already pulling together with the power of steam, charcoal, and ingenuity to recover!

The reason why I mention this, is that I am in the middle of this area. I had to drive to get enough connection to send this post over my phone ( behold the power of the electro-telegraphic! )

I should be back up with more of Tales of the Brass Griffin in a week on the regular day and time you’ve all come to expect.

Again, my apologies. And fear not! Chin up! All will be back to normal in a few days!

Full Steam Ahead!

C. B. Ash
